Digital Consumer Quarterly Earnings – Q1 2021
First-quarter earnings across our Digital Consumer coverage were strong across the board as many of the businesses bounced back after the outbreak of COVID-19. Specifically, Adobe and Salesforce grew at over 20% compared to Q1 2020.
Overall, management teams feel strong going into the second quarter as companies continue to move past COVID-19 headwinds and experience an uptick in demand. Additionally, many companies believe that the implementation of technology within the Consumer industry to be a consistent trend. Companies will look to use cash on hand to invest in IT and innovation throughout 2021.
