MS3 Joins Argano, A Trinity Hunt Portfolio Company

CHARLOTTE, NC – Mountain State Software Solutions (MS3), a global IT consulting firm that specializes in engineering future-proof solutions for both commercial and federal customers, has been acquired by Argano, a next-generation business and technology services provider that builds the Digital Foundations that make businesses run better. The acquisition will give Argano the ability to integrate across a client’s technology landscape crafting modern, scalable, and sustainable digital foundations. MS3 will be rebranded as ArganoMS3 in the coming months.

7 Mile Advisors acted as the exclusive sellside advisor to MS3 throughout the transaction. MS3 is 7 Mile’s third client to join the Argano platform, following Keste and United Virtualities.
