7 Mile Advisors Announces Keste Has Been Acquired By Trinity Hunt Partners
Keste, a Dallas, TX-based leading provider of B2B digital transformation services, has received a majority recapitalization investment from Trinity Hunt Partners (Trinity Hunt), a growth-oriented middle market private equity firm. This acquisition represents Trinity Hunt’s third platform investment in IT Services, previous investments include Improving, a custom software and application development services company, and Dataprise, an IT managed services firm. 7 Mile Advisors, a boutique investment bank based in Charlotte, NC, served as the exclusive sellside advisor to Keste throughout the transaction.

Keste was founded in 2004 by Howard Moore, CEO, and Sri Ayyeppen, President, and serves enterprise clients by spearheading end-to-end complex digital transformation initiatives, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Public Cloud, and Business Intelligence initiatives. Trinity Hunt is partnering with Moore and Ayyeppen, who will remain significant shareholders and managers of Keste, to accelerate the company’s growth trajectory through strategic acquisitions.
