The acquisition of Cedrus Digital, with its consulting-led model and over 150 cloud, data, and product engineers, primarily in the United States, will further augment Brillio’s nearshore digital transformation capabilities offered for Fortune 500 clients.
CHARLOTTE, NC – Cedrus Digital (“Cedrus”), a New York-based digital transformation and cloud consulting firm, has been acquired by Brillio, a leader in digital technology consulting and services. This acquisition significantly strengthens Brillio’s product & platform engineering, data analytics engineering, cloud security and digital infrastructure capabilities, increasing Brillio’s near-shore presence and proximity to their strategic relationships in North America. 7 Mile Advisors acted as the exclusive sellside advisor to Cedrus throughout the transaction.
