CHARLOTTE, NC — 7 Mile Advisors is pleased to announce that the Digital, Financial Services, and Real Estate consulting practices of Saxony Partners, LLC (“Saxony”) have been acquired by Aspirent, a Summit Park portfolio company. Saxony is a leading management and digital consulting firm committed to helping organizations do more with their data and make digital practical. Saxony will retain the Yardi pratice and continue to operate under the Saxony Partners name. The acquisition of this Dallas, TX-based firm will expand Aspirent’s consulting practices.
7 Mile Advisors acted as the exclusive sellside advisor to Saxony throughout the transaction.
