CHARLOTTE, NC — BlueAlly Technology Solutions, a Cary, NC-based cloud infrastructure and managed services provider, has been acquired by Source Capital, a leading private investment firm focused on providing flexible equity and debt capital to lower middle-market companies. 7 Mile Advisors, a Charlotte, NC-based investment bank acted as the exclusive sellside advisor throughout the process.
