According to IBIS World, the IT Consulting industry in the U.S. is expected to reach a market size of more than $470 billion in 2021. The rise of cloud, data analytics, and cybersecurity products has field growth in the IT Consulting industry as well. Strategy, implementation, and customization capabilities are in demand to successfully deploy these technologies. We expect M&A activity to remain on an upward trend in 2021. So far, deal activity in 2021 has been outpacing deal activity during the same period last year with 113 compared to 83 transactions.
