CHARLOTTE, NC – Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc. (TSXV: QUIS) (“Quisitive”), a premier, global Microsoft solutions provider, acquired Mazik Global Inc. (“Mazik”), a Chicago, Illinois-based independent software vendor (ISV) that assists organizations deploying Microsoft CRM, cloud, and ERP solutions to the Healthcare, Education, and Manufacturing industries.
7 Mile Advisors (“7 Mile”) acted as the exclusive buyside advisor to Quisitive through the process. This transaction marks 7 Mile’s fourth Microsoft Partner transaction in the past year, following 3Cloud’s acquisition of Pragmatic Works, Blue Chip Consulting’s sale to Core BTS, and AKA Enterprise Solutions’ sale to HSO.

Quisitive’s acquisition of Mazik Global will expand its geographical reach, adding 50 employees and a hub in Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, Mazik’s ISV expertise will add value to Quisitive’s cloud solutions portfolio in the form of IP and incremental business applications services while also accelerating the expansion of Quisitive’s healthcare footprint in the U.S.
Mazik Global is an original co-developer of the Microsoft Dynamics platform, CDE (Common Data Environment), and other collaborative healthcare initiatives. The company has developed a valuable set of IP that serves the Healthcare, Education, and Manufacturing industries. In particular, Mazik’s health cloud platform, MazikCare, provides a collection of healthcare-ready business solutions, which help medical teams enhance end-to-end business operations. Most recently,as an addition to the MazikCare platform, Mazik created the VaccineFlow solution to deliver COVID-19 vaccinations globally. VaccineFlow consolidates the process of vaccine distribution and strengthens the relationships between providers, distributors, and patients. More than one million vaccinations have been administered via the platform already.
