7 Mile Advisors Announces Macro Integration Services Has Been Acquired by DecisionPoint Systems, Inc.
7 Mile Advisors acted as the exclusive sellside advisor.

CHARLOTTE, NC – Macro Integration Services (“Macro”), based in Greensboro, North Carolina, has announced it has been acquired by DecisionPoint Systems, Inc (“DecisionPoint”), a mobility-first enterprise services and solutions company. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

7 Mile Advisors acted as the exclusive sellside advisor to Macro throughout the transaction.

    o Expected to add $10+ million in revenue and $1+ million in Adjusted EBITDA during the remainder of 2023
  • Increases mix of services and adds new solutions
    o Services represented approximately 70% of Macro’s revenue in 2022
    o Adds capabilities for digital signage and video systems
    o Complementary offerings in point of sale, payments, mobility and self-service
  • Strengthens DecisionPoint’s position in the broader retail industry
    o Deepens penetration of traditional retail and hospitality verticals
    o Adds food service vertical
    o Scales grocery, QSR (quick-service restaurants) and C-store (convenience stores) verticals more quickly
  • Synergies
    o Expansion of services into the Southeastern region of the U.S.
    o Adding significant warehousing capacity on the East Coast
    o Cross-selling opportunities
