The combined businesses will operate under the brand name “AgileThought” with headquarters in Irving, Texas.

CHARLOTTE, NC — AN Global INC (“AN Global”), a leader in next-generation digital services, has successfully acquired AgileThought LLC (“AgileThought”), a leading provider of enterprise software development and transformation services and one of Microsoft’s premier enterprise partners. 7 Mile Advisors (“7 Mile”), a boutique investment bank focused on serving IT & Business Services organizations, acted as the exclusive buyside advisor to AN Global throughout the transaction. This transaction marks 7 Mile’s sixth IT Services transaction so far in 2019.

The combined businesses will operate under the brand name “AgileThought” with headquarters in Irving, Texas; Manuel Senderos, Founder and Chairman of AN Global, will act as Chairman and CEO.
