The acquisition will expand the technology strategy capabilities of the acquiring company.

Charlotte, N.C. – Strongbow Consulting, a data-driven strategic advisory firm, has been acquired by an IT Services and Consulting company (“Company”). Strongbow has deep expertise in helping organizations plan and execute technology transformation strategies, while minimizing risk and maximizing cost savings. Strongbow’s team joins the Company’s Technology Strategy & Advisory practice to optimize and modernize companies’ IT infrastructure while seamlessly bridging the gap between old and new technology through successful change programs at scale.

7 Mile Advisors acted as the exclusive sellside advisor to Strongbow Consulting Group throughout the entire transaction.
