AW Systems is a web engineering and consulting firm that specializes in usability, systems integrations and collaboration solutions, to expand its portfolio of consulting services.

The acquisition will be followed by opening a development center in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a focus on front-end software development across DataArt key industry verticals, including financial services, travel, media, healthcare, and M2M.

North American clients will have the option of being served out of a delivery location in their time zone and will benefit from an expanded consulting and engineering team in New York, which has been doubled. Furthermore, they will be aided by AW Systems’ strong expertise in user experience/usability, solution design, integration, and collaboration.
