Mark is a recognized business leader who has shaped the life insurance industry over the last four decades, gaining much of his experience and skillset while at Prudential. He is an actuary who throughout his career served in roles including Chief Product Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Distribution Officer. In 2017 Mark started his own consulting firm, Hug Consulting, and works closely with several firms as a senior advisor. Mark earned a B.A. degree in mathematics from the University of Notre Dame and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
