Most recently, Ilia served as an Associate at Wood Warren, an M&A advisory firm focused on serving companies in the Food, Beverage, and Agriculture industries. Previously, Ilia spent three years at Tully & Holland executing M&A transactions for consumer and e-commerce companies. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his friends, playing soccer, and skiing.
