Managing Director with over 25 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate finance. He has closed over $35 billion in equity raises and over $50 billion in M&A transactions. Prior to joining 7MA, Daniel worked at several banks including Credit Suisse, Lazard, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, traveling, golfing, hiking, and skiing.
