Within recent years we experienced rapid growth in near-shore resources based in LATAM and off-shore resources in Eastern Europe delivering to the US. As of late, Canadian near-shore resources are rising in popularity due to competitive bill-rates, English fluency, a large pool of talent, and a recent change in the H-1B visa acceptance as the result of more stringent immigration policies driving healthy M&A activity in the Canadian IT Services market.
