Our public basket showed an average year-over-year growth of 17% and an average EBITDA margin of 26%. Such growth rates and profitability attract strategic investors and private equity groups alike. A recent notable transaction in this space was the $1.4 billion acquisition of Saba Software by Cornerstone OnDemand.
