Digital Transformation

Despite of COVID-19 and the following economic slowdown in the first half of 2020, the global digital transformation spending grew an expected 10% to $1.3 trillion in 2020, according to IDC. The US remains one of the largest markets, representing about one third of all digital transformation spending in 2020. The past year showed further acceleration in M&A activity in the space, continuing the previous years’ trend.
