Some deals saw top market players like Norton Life Lock invest in smaller companies in hopes to achieve synergies and enhance their software in place, while other deals saw players like Deloitte and Booz Allen from other industries acquire companies with the intention to grow inorganically as well as help improve their own internal cybersecurity.
