Contract staffing typically places individuals in temporary / shorter-term contract job positions, as opposed to recruiters which largely seek to fill full-time positions. Contract staffing offers a number of advantages over traditional hiring as it allows business owners to be more nimble with their workforce, or hire a skillset to meet an immediate (though temporary) need. Given concerns of a global slowing, we anticipate staffing firms could see a surge in demand as hiring managers seek to alleviate capacity constraints without burdening the company with full time employees and the associated costs.
