The Real Estate Services industry has experienced strong growth over the past decade. Since 2010, institutional allocations to real estate have doubled, as yields are attractive and access to debt capital has increased. Many of the companies in our public basket report that M&A is an essential part of their growth strategies. Considering these factors, we are looking forward to another year of strong M&A activity, as the industry further consolidates.
