Cloud services in the AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud ecosystems and outsourced IT security like managed detection and response have been of particular interest. 2020 has seen an increase in M&A activity compared to 2019 and we believe that managed service providers will see continued activity as many develop specialty knowledge about various technology experts that are sought out by investors.
