CHARLOTTE, NC — 7 Mile Advisors (“7 Mile”) is pleased to announce that Zilker Technology (“Zilker”), an expert digital consultancy and systems integrator, has been acquired by Ernst & Young LLP (“EY US”). The acquisition will help elevate EY’s global ecommerce, digital, and cloud capabilities. As businesses continue to tackle large-scale transformation initiatives, this acquisition offers EY clients the unique ability to build engaging, technology-enabled marketing solutions focused on data-driven, personalized customer experiences. 7 Mile acted as the exclusive sellside advisor to Zilker throughout the transaction.

Zilker is a digital consultancy and systems integrator focused on creating lasting and valuable customer experiences, with deep sector experience in consumer products, healthcare, financial services, energy, and utilities.
