7 Mile Advisors Advises Uniguest, an Atlantic Street Capital portfolio company, on Fourth Acquisition 

CHARLOTTE, NC – Uniguest, a global leader in digital engagement technology to multiple end markets, has acquired Planet eStream, a unified video platform provider for the education sector. The acquisition of more than 4 million users across 550+ locations will increase Uniguest’s footprint in the education industry while adding breadth to its already robust digital signage and video capabilities. Located in West Yorkshire, UK, Planet eStream will align under the UK-headquartered Tripleplay IPTV and digital signage division of Uniguest. 

7 Mile Advisors was pleased to act as the buyside advisor to Uniguest and Atlantic Street Capital through the acquisition of Planet eStream. This marks the fourth transaction 7 Mile has facilitated for Uniguest, having previously advised on their acquisition of Tripleplay, Touchtown, and ONELAN.
