CHARLOTTE, NC – The Baer Group, an Atlanta-based technology consulting and services company, has been acquired by The Acacia Group, a specialist investment firm focused on digital transformation businesses. The Baer Group will form a new platform within the Acacia portfolio as part of Acacia’s strategy to build businesses able to meet the growing demand for skilled talent to lead and support digital transformation initiatives. 7 Mile Advisors acted as the exclusive sellside advisor to the Baer Group throughout the transaction.
