CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Sundog Interactive, Inc. (“Sundog”), a leading marketing and technology consulting firm delivering Salesforce solutions to the world’s largest industrial manufacturers, has been acquired by digital transformation consulting firm, Perficient, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRFT) (“Perficient”). Perficient serves Global 2000 and other large enterprise customers throughout North America, providing information technology, management consulting, and creative services.

7 Mile Advisors (7 Mile), a boutique investment bank specializing in Business Services & Technology, acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Sundog. The transaction marks 7 Mile Advisors’ 11th deal with a Salesforce consulting partner and 5th Businesses Services and Technology transaction so far in 2019. 7 Mile has successfully closed over 150 transactions, and continues to be active in the IT & Business Services space.

Sundog’s team of approximately 100 consulting, technology, sales, and general and administrative professionals joined the Perficient team, bringing with them a strong concentration of strategic client relationships with Fortune 1000 customers within the manufacturing industry. Sundog leaders Brent Teiken, Eric Dukart and Johnathon Rademacher have joined Perficient in key roles.
