The acquisition significantly expands SoftwareONE’s Google Cloud capabilities, strengthening its ability to serve customers with multi-cloud strategies in Europe and beyond.
CHARLOTTE, NC — Intelligence Partner, a leading Google Cloud services company serving the Spanish, Brazilian, and Middle Eastern markets, has been acquired by SoftwareONE Holding AG (“SoftwareONE”), a leading global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions. 7 Mile Advisors acted as the exclusive sellside advisor to Intelligence Partner throughout the transaction. This transaction reflects 7 Mile’s ability to execute across borders, and is a testament to their thesis on emerging markets.
