7 Mile Advisors acted as financial advisor to Riveron Consulting, LLC (“Riveron”) in connection with its recapitalization with PineBridge Structured Capital (“PineBridge”). The transaction further strengthens Riveron’s leadership position with middle-market and private equity clients in the consulting sector focused on transaction, financial and business advisory engagements.

7 Mile Advisors led Riveron through the evaluation of several investment alternatives focused on the recapitalization of existing investors with additional investment capability to accelerate future growth.
