2019 was a year of notable M&A transactions in the Supply Chain Software ecosystem with E2open’s acquisition of Amber Road, Korber’s acquisition of HighJump, and Temasek’s investment into BlueJay solutions. We expect that M&A activity in this sector will continue due to the implications of technologies such as robotic process automation and IOT connectivity, which are expected to drive innovation amongst the legacy players.
