In an effort to bolster their labor and employment practice, Management Consulting market leader Charles River Associates recently acquired Welch Consulting, a premier economic consulting and research services firm headquartered in Bryan, Texas. The acquisition was CRA’s first acquisition since 2017 and details of the transaction price were undisclosed.
