COVID-19 has shifted companies’ focus towards modernizing their IT infrastructure, including healthcare companies. ~70% of corporate boards point to COVID-19 for an increase in spending on IT and digital capabilities, according to a Gartner analysis.[1] ~50% of the 800 global business executives surveyed by McKinsey said COVID-19 has prompted their firms to accelerate the implementation of e-commerce tools, mobile apps, chatbots, and automation.[2]
