Although slightly less then the previous quarter LTM deal count, the deal values continue to remain high. 7 Mile Advisors tracked 1,234 transactions adding up to a total deal value of $30.8b in the Healthcare IT sector. The transactions comprised of approximately 301 M&A transactions and 933 private placement investments.
