Digital transformation spending was forecasted to grow by more than 10% in 2020 to more than $1.3 trillion globally, according to IDC. With the U.S representing one-third of all digital transformation spending globally, we expect there to be a further acceleration in M&A activity in 2021, continuing the trend from 2020.
