Despite of COVID-19 and the following economic slowdown in the first half of 2020, the global digital transformation spending is expected to grow at over 10% to $1.3 trillion, according to IDC. The US remains one of the largest markets, representing about one third of all digital transformation spending in 2020. We expect M&A activity to focus on cloud-centric solutions and services.
