Given the numerous avenues businesses can use to stay in touch with their customers a robust CRM solution is becoming increasingly important and growth is largely fueled by increased adoption of mobile platforms, social networking, convergence of data sources, the breakdown of traditional silos (sales, marketing, customer service, etc.), big data, behavioral analytics, and increased demand for collaboration.
