This month, we highlight 8 deals across Eastern Europe within the IT Services and Software verticals. Notably, there were several active strategic and private equity buyers, including Dept Agency and SoftwareONE. Additionally, Poland and Croatia remain hot markets in the Eastern Europe landscape with 4 of the deals highlighted below occurring in Poland. Overall, Eastern Europe remains full of high-level IT services and software companies that buyers and investors continue to show interest in given the high concentration of IT/Software talent, timezone advantage, and agile delivery methods.
