KPMG announced that it has acquired ToMont Solutions, a leading Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consulting services practice. This strategic transaction combines ToMont’s capabilities in Oracle EPM and OBIEE implementation with KPMG’s Financial Management (FM) experience in Finance transformation and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation to better serve its clients.

ToMont Solutions selected 7 Mile Advisors as its sell-side M&A advisor. “The team at 7 Mile Advisors was key in assisting us to navigate the landscape of this transaction,” said Michael Dennis, Co-founder of ToMont Solutions. “Their understanding of the marketplace as it relates to Oracle, particularly in the EPM space, was a critical factor in our decision to join forces with them.
