“TSH’s staff is well-respected in the Colorado market for high-quality work and a commitment to their clients and employees,” said RS&H CEO David T. Sweeney. “We look forward to working with our new partners to continue to serve TSH’s existing Colorado clients as well as extend the full spectrum of our joint capabilities to existing and new clients in the West.”

“Highly strategic acquisitions among AEC firms, like RS&H’s acquisition of TSH, are providing tremendous value in terms of competitive advantage and sustainability, especially for privately-held companies. A combination between an industry leader like RS&H and a highly desirable firm with a niche market position, as TSH has in Colorado, provides for mutual opportunities neither firm could achieve on their own. At 7 Mile Advisors, we pride ourselves on helping our clients navigate and close the right transactions for their long-term strategies.” says Neil Churman, Director at 7 Mile Advisors and leader of the firm’s AEC practice.
