Pactera Technology International, a Blackstone portfolio company, acquires Blue Fountain Media

7 Mile Advisors acted as the exclusive buy-side advisor to Blackstone's portfolio company, Pactera Technology International as they looked to enter the Digital Agency space in North America.  Within 3 months of kicking off our engagement, 7 Mile Advisors was able to develop a candidate list of several targets, conduct outreach to the approved candidates, and help them negotiate terms and deal structure with the targets that best met their acquisition criteria -- ultimately resulting in the acquisition of Blue Fountain Media.

Data Intensity, LLC, an Audax Group portfolio company, acquires Enrich, LLC and a division of Inatech

7 Mile Advisors has represented Data Intensity, an Audax Group portfolio company, in their acquisition of Enrich and a division of Inatech. Enricha and Inatech expanded the professional services solutions offering of Data Intensity while also expanding the geographic footprint globally.
